My husband and I spent two nights at Kent Manor Inn last spring. What a wonderful place! We began our stay with the delicious Sunday brunch. Later in the afternoon, the chef asked what we would like him to prepare for us for breakfast the next morning. When he mentioned that one of his specialties was scrambled eggs with crabmeat, we had an easy choice. Not only did he make a delicious main dish, he arranged a variety of sliced fruit to form a beautiful flower. We had our breakfast in the sunroom overlooking the expansive grounds. We also enjoyed playing the various lawn games that were set up outside as well as taking the paddle boat.
The staff also recommended several day excursions that proved to be wonderful They also provided a boxed lunch for us . Although the inn provides bikes for its guests, we brought our own because they were in better condition. We also asked for a room with a balcony and view that overlooked the water. We will definitely visit Kent Manor Inn again.
